We offer FREE shipping via FedEx to the continental United States for most products. Most of our in-stock orders ship the same business day if ordered by 12PM Pacific Time, add one business day if ordering after 12PM Pacific Time. Transit time within the United States is generally 3-8 days. Due to COVID-19 shipping times may vary. 

  • Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii is not currently offered on our website. If interested, please contact support@apexdesk.com to get a freight quote. 
  • Shipping to P.O. Boxes is NOT available.
  • Shipping to APO/FPO and International addresses are NOT available.
  • Items may be shipped in multiple boxes. Although shipped together, they may get separated in transit and deliver to you at separate times.


*Please keep in mind that when things happen like national holidays, inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, extreme weather, and other scenarios that we, unfortunately, have no control over, your delivery may be delayed. We appreciate your patience in those instances.


Some heavier items or bulk qty orders will ship more safely on a pallet via FedEx Freight. If your order needs to ship freight, our dedicated team will contact you to pick a freight delivery method that works best for you. Some important information to be aware of:

  • Depending on ordered item/qty, we may contact you to review your freight delivery options and ensure a smooth delivery process.
  • In most cases, the freight carrier will call you directly to schedule your delivery.
  • Your freight order will be delivered to your company's loading dock or to your home's curb. We currently do NOT offer White Glove or Inside deliveries. 
  • Larger orders requiring freight shipment may take an extra day to process and prepare for shipment
  • The delivery must be received by you, or someone over 18 years of age authorized by you to inspect the shipment and sign the driver's paperwork
